Integrated, Real Time, Learning On Demand means we will meet with your leaders in person or by phone to listen and discuss your needs and objectives.  We will recommend solutions from our inventory of fully developed, tested, and continuously improved programs to meet specific, immediate, training needs.  Depending on your circumstances, we may recommend a “hybrid," combining elements of two or more of our programs to address your highest priority needs in fewer training days.

Learning on Demand means your staff can come to our Sacramento training center, or we can bring training to you, at your location, if you are outside the Sacramento area.
